Placed an order on their app and took over an hour which I was quoted under 30 min. When I called the “manager” was super unhelpful couldn’t find my order until she said oh I didn’t have a driver so I sent it to door dash you have to take it up with them. Ended up calling door dash and the fault still lied with papa John super unprofessional.

FURIOUS BY MANAGEMENT'S IGNORANCE-Michael, the manager for this location, needs more training in currency rejection and/or prejudice against customers. While I love Papa John's pizza, today i was just doing laundry. I was having difficulty getting the machine to accept my $20 because of a small tear in the corner.
