I ordered 1 pizza, 1 cheese bread and 1 2 liter of root beer. My order arrived over 1 1/2 hours since I placed my order. It had obviously sat under the heat lamps a long time and instead of a 2 liter of root beer I hot 2 20 oz rootbeers and a strawberry soda. My estimated delivery time was 45-55 minutes

first , they gave us the wrong order; the "new" pizza had clearly been picked (dents in pizza ) through of mushrooms to pass off as a spicy Italian . poor service ,poor quality .
