I just want to say THANK YOU! My child had to do a Math Fraction Pizza Project for his school but he needed a pizza box. The lady at the front counter gave him a free pizza box. We didnt have to order anything but she was just being kind. It may seem small but it is huge to me when someone is kind. My kids love pizza and I will start ordering pizza from this location just because of your kindness. THANK YOU, AGAIN!

Horrible personnel! Papa John's Pizza you ruined dinner! Even worse customer service at the store. Erika the ASM replied to my complaint with "I don't know what else you want we made you a new one" , I don't know? Empathy, a "this does happen from time to time sorry you had to come up here." Definitely not a eating grin at my discomfort. She was argumentative, dismissive and well just lacks the maturity to be left in charge of a shift. She is a horrible example for her team as she laughed and even after I walked out I decided to walk back in and return the pizzas and just wanted my money back. She said I had to come back the next day at 10 and ask the owner. I will contact corporate and hopefully common sense prevails. On the bright side- Raising Canes saved the day! In conclusion: I left the old and new pizzas and said I did not want to do business with this franchise. -In hind sight it's not their fault they lack training. I'd rate them -1 star if I could.
