The store is 2 minutes from my house. The driver left the store, drove pass my street, delivered to several places; and I finally delivered my pizza 39 minutes after leaving the store. The pizza was cold.

This is the 2nd time that I have called to have a pizza ready at about 5pm. Well over an hour. I was denied 5pm pickup. Is there a reason why this cannot be done when I give over an hour to make it? I am trying to understand this.

Papa John's Pizza on North 1st and Willis has the worst management that have ever seen in a long time. The manager here is not a people's person I try to use a promotion that was sent to me from Papa John's website which offered, medium size pizza with one topping for $6 each. The manager at this location was very rude, tried to sell us to pizzas for $30. when I asked about the promo code I was told you had to do it on the website. The manager said it comes from the corporate office and they have nothing to do with what corporate office sends over the internet.
