They are very good about taking care of orders they mess up on, the GM Pedro is very nice and replaced my pizza with no hesitations, the replacement was wonderful. you have gained me as a permanent customer keep up the good work and thank you

Ordered a pizza and waited an hour. The tracker hadn’t changed since I placed the order. Call the store again and again and again...multiple more times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Called the nation customer service number and they called the store. They couldn’t get through. Literally kept calling both numbers for another hour! I’m not exaggerating. I couldn’t cancel my order or speak to an actual human being who could assist me in any way. I submitted an email ticket with the hopes of getting a response at some point. Order finally showed up 2 and a half hours later. It was the wrong pizza too. This is absurd. I haven’t ordered Papa Johns in a while and I can assure you I won’t order it again.

Called in the order, picked it up and ate it. How much better can it get. Pizza wa good ole standard fare Papa Johns pizza. If you want some pizza and you like PJ's then give them a call, fix you right up.
