Papa John's Pizza in Albuquerque

Ordered a pizza on 10/31 on the tracking app showed delivered. When I called the store to report my order was not received got an error message, called from a different phone and got through but the phone just rang. Called the company customer service to complain and request a refund. Two weeks later no refund called customer service back who told me they will expedite. Still to this day no refund and my phone number is still blocked. I can call the store from any other phone!!!!

Ordered 4 orderes. None came with their awesome garlic butter sauce. The reason we order from Papa John's is for that reason. Told the deliverer he said he would be right back. Waited 30 minutes. Called the store and they said on the way. Another 20 minutes passed. Called again and was assured it was on the way. Over an hour passed food already cold. Stopped answering my calls. I finally had to drive to Papa John's to pick it up. Was offered nothing for my trouble not even an apology. Probably lost my business....

I wouldn't recommend anything from this location. Papa John's is good but for some reason this location lacks customers skills management skills and most of all the skills to make a decent papa John's pizza it's not that hard. If I wanted a $5 cheap hard crusty pizza I woulda went to Little Caesars down the street this was ridiculous.
