I walked in and the manager made eye contact with me then ran to the back of the restaurant. I stood at the register for several minutes and noone came to assist me. I ended up walking out, but in that time, 2 employees just stood there looking at me.

I ordered online for pick-up, get a message that order was ready. Came to pick up and waited at window for 15 minutes then lady comes and say it will be 5 minutes. It was 12 minutes to be exact n everything was cold. Never ordering again. Worst service ever

Papa john's pizza is the most amazing pizza and have a very courteous staff in both Pineville and Alexandria, LA
