I placed order on line and did not receive my order. I called and recording said my order was complete and delivery time would be 1 minute. 30 minutes later I called back and got same recording. I then went through call center and they connected me to the Papa Johns store on Volunteer Parkway Bristol,Tennessee. I talked to Donna and she was very rude and could have cared less that my order was lost. I know things happen and my order was lost but to have Donna say she was sorry but there was nothing she could do was terrible and condescending. I will not order from Papa John"s again!!

Papa John's pizza in Abingdon Virginia was the best pizza I've had ordering over the phone was very well detailed an order was well taken, the pizza was so delicious and supper hot, an the center was even done ,very well prepared,was not stingy with any ingredients,, oh my ,,,,thumbs up,, my 2 time eating there,,,, domino's lost my business

Usually PJ knocks it out of the park for us but this particular location was disappointing. Ordered cheese bread and it hardly had any cheese on it and it tasted super dried out and old. We also did not get the sauce we ordered.
