If only yelp allow me to give a negative or no star i definitely would. I have had bad customer service before but I would have to say this Papa John's Pizza provided me the worst customer service ever. I don't think I would ever going to order from any Papa John's Pizza after this experience with them. I called, tying to place an order for my brother and his friends. The server a long time to took down the home address and pizza order. I then provided her my credit card information, right after that I was put on mute without any informed then the phone got disconnect. I tried calling back multiple times to check the order's total and estimate of time. Either no one answer and the call get forward to voice mail or I placed on hold before I even have a chance to let them know about my concern, and eventually get disconnected while waiting. After experiencing their horrible customer services, I took my business to another pizza house. I have to left a voice message to cancel my order because they don't like answer their phone.
