They lost my order, so I had to reorder. The food was burnt. The owner was not only not customer friendly but yelled at a employee in front of customers. That right there is a big no no.

I love Papa John's Pizza so when I saw the Valentine special with the heart shaped pizza and brownie, I thought it would be a great idea. We were very disappointed. The pizza was more like a greasy cracker. There was none of the usual wonderful favor, cheesy goodness and thick soft crust. No garlic butter. It was awful. Thank goodness the brownie was good. It was the only thing worth eating. I don't usually write bad reviews but I have to say that if this had been my first time trying Papa John's, I believe it would have been my last.I'll be more careful when ordering so that I get the traditional pizza at Papa John's that I love.
