Apparently they have a new manager as of the week of 01-10-2022 and they will now force YOU to go pick up a remake of your pizza if they make a mistake. They already messed up 3 of the last 5 orders I made at this location. STAY AWAY from this location, also their employees are apparently NOT required to were masks while Omicron is spreading.

Just the worse.. And by this point it's not the workers.. it's the OWNERSHIP.. the reviews are in and have been in.. but nothing changes here.. service is bad, employees are rude, online orders take forever. And i say the owners because its employees seem to work, but must be over worked- hence the bad attitudes. But I'm not the first to review this.. so apparently the ownership doesn't care -

Horrible place, done with papa john's pizza. Placed an online order for pickup, arrived at the store and the doors were still locked. Saw one worker inside and the delivery car outside. Tried calling but that worker inside knew I was calling, just looked at me and shooed me away. Couldn't come out and explain what was going on. Called customer service to get my refund back and still haven't received it back yet.
