Papa John's Pizza in Boca Raton

The other night we were in a time crunch, trying to finalize some stuff that had to be ready to go in the am for a funeral of a passed loved one. We had so much to do on such short notice. I know that’s not anyone’s problem but ours so onto the situation. Papa Johns is literally around the corner, and we usually always pick up the pizza. Well given this time crunch we opted for delivery to save us some time. The store ended up calling us to ask us to pick up the pizza because they didn’t have a driver. Well, I rush over to get it and I did not even complain. Times are tough on us all and I just needed to get it and get home. While in the store, the driver for my order was there. He casually laughed and called out to me in the store to mock me and say he wasn’t about to deliver for such a small fee. I just got my pizza and left because no one has the time for that. Like my tip was high considering you were going around the corner for less than a mile. Often when opting delivering I give digital tips and cash tips after arrival too.I really appreciate the manager going more than halfway to fix it after we called back.To the driver, I do not wish anything back on you and I hope things get better for you. Bad times circle around for us all and I hope when things are at their worst for you, someone like yourself isn’t there to hurl spite in such a bad time.2022, bring the love and patience

I ordered pizza from them a couple times now, and usually its just your normal cheap pizza-this last time, however, the pizza dough was raw. They probably didn’t use the right amount of toppings, because it was pretty loaded with meats for a small pizza, so it must’ve had too much moisture to properly bake-definitely ended up wasting 14 bucks. Raw dough aside-its pretty much your average pizza place.

this place is horrible I order pizza and chicken wings but chicken was Raw and cold the pizza look disgusting I don't know how this place still open
