Ordered online - within a minute got a phone call saying the didn't have the right size dough for my order. When I asked if they would be making more, was told no. When I asked if they would make it the next size up for no charge, was told no. I could either cancel or pay a difference. Employee was rude and I just canceled rather then even deal any further with the rude employee. Why would a pizza place not have dough on a Friday night?

Ordered a papadia. It came very quickly. The driver's name was Julianna and she was very polite and professional. The papadia was surprisingly good. Will definitely order again.

We haven't had a Papa John's pizza in a long time and happened to be in town yesterday so we placed our order for a gluten free Hawaiian pizza and a regular large Hawaiian pizza. Our pizzas were brought out and we left. I made comment to my daughter to check the pizzas which she did to discover both were gluten free...a Hawaiian and a Supreme. Returned to store to get it corrected and were given a new pizza. Upon getting home we discovered all three pizzas had burnt crust!!!! I will not be returning to this business.
