Used to really like their subs and didn’t mind spending 25 bucks for two sandwiches until tonight. Must be trying to step over dollars to pick up dimes because both of our sandwiches were junk. Changed the bread, low quality/smaller meat portions, the sauce was different/gross definitely not worth 25 dollars… should have just went to subway. Also called to ask what was different and all the kid said was we’ll tell the owners you’re not the first to complain. fix the problem, pretty unfortunate to lose regular customers over trying to save a penny.

Friendly swrvice. Had soup & sandwich. Good food but crackers were stale. Mentioned it to them, they gave me a new bowl, thanked me & threw out the rest if the crackers. I'm empressed they listened & rectified the problem.
