Ate here twice on 2 different trips to Asheville. They have a great salsa bar and I think it was sizzling enchiladas that we had that were delicious. Portions are huge. Hubby and I split a plate and couldnt finish.

Papa's & Beer Mexican Restaurant is the best Mexican restaurant in the Western North Carolina region!! They have a great salsa bar with wide selection of different sauces. The cowboy fajitas is the best option and will have enough to share. Service is always great. The only negative is the waiting time to get your table but the wait is always worth it.
