Despite the hot weather, I craved Shabu-Shabu. First time here, giving a different business in the area a try. And I was so glad I did! I had the American Wagyu (upgraded veggies to Wow combo), kept it simple with kombu broth. The quality of meat was visible in all the marbling and also in taste--buttery, tender, full-flavored beef. Their Wow combo stacked with fresh greens, extra little bites and 3 different noodles (packed up the dried ramen with my left-over soup). DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. Their meat and vegetable are not fresh at all!!! Both my boyfriend and I had acute stomach after dinner. Besides they told me they running out of eggs. What kind of shabu shabu restaurant is this?
