BBQ? Will never go back. Bun hard on sandwich. Couldn't chew Brisket because it was so tough. French fries were cold and not cooked all the way. It cost 66.36 for 4 inedible meals.

So a few weeks ago I was outvoted by friends and this vegan went to Pappas Bar-B-Q. I was happily surprised at the fact that they had a pretty good looking salad and a number of sides that had no meat. I got a HUGE salad, the girls behind the counter figured since I wasn't getting any meat that more salad would be better....and they were correct. I also got a side that was pretty tasty. Their French fries were tasty too (thanks daughter who doesn't eat all her food) I had so much salad that I took it home for left overs. I appreciate restaurants that are not vegan providing options for people who are. It wasn't much, but I figure in any city I'm a minority with my eating habits. I was just happy that there was something other than a salad for me.
