The food Was very good & the line was long but moving at a good pace a bit pricey but overall good food and customer service only reason i gave them a 3 star is because they forgot my yams and literly charged me for them came all the way home and no yams and i live a bit ways to go back Next time they should slow down a bit and make sure the customers order is fulfilled all the way .

As always since the first day Pappas Bar-B-Q came to northline commons. Service is excellent and food continues to have the same amazing flavor. And maybe is just me, but the covid measures taken seem to have added to the ambiance. No crowded condiment/soda station. And the s staff is more than happy to give you all the xtras you need-good prortions...
