Our first time here, we're in the airport and so glad to try it. Delicious, huge portions, good price . We definitely recommend. A little spicy if you are used to mild foods, but still very delicious.

A fine BBQ establishment, and about as good as any BBQ place from my home state. The service is a bit slow, and the food expensive, but it’s to be expected at an airport. Easily a top choice within Hobby.

WHAT NO BRISKET. The second time in three weeks I have been at Hobby Airport in the morning wanting a Brisket egg and cheese breakfast taco. Each time I was told they did not have brisket. How in the world does a Pappas Bar-B-Q restaurant in Houston Texas not have Brisket. Do not misinterpret that the food is bad. The food is great. I think this location is not managed properly. How embarrassing to tell a customer you have no Brisket. Un Texan
