I usually try deferent bbq spots when i am in Houston but i wanted to check out Pappas Burger due to the really good reviews and pictures.There are only about 8 specialty burgers which tells me that they perfected the recipe. They do have a chicken burger and a vegan burger just in case beef is not your choice of food. The price of the burgers vary from $14 to $18 which includes fries. I dont know this area that well and i cannot say if this is too much money.Let’s talk about the appetizer. I asked for chips and salsa and they did bring me a lot of chips and not so much salsa. So, if i was the owner, i would reduce the amount of chips or increase the amount of salsa. Not big deal!Now, lets talk about the burger and french fries! The burger patty was perfectly cooked and season but it had two main issues. Number 1, the bun was undercooked and absorbed all the moisture from the veggies and felt like fresh dough and not a bun. Number 2, the onions were cut too big and not caramelized and the taste of fresh onion...
