We wanted some good Mexican food before we left on our trip and went to the IAH Pappasito's Cantina. The wait staff were great and helpful. I ordered three dishes: Steak Fajitas plate, Quesadilla plate and Nachos. It was rather busy, so we did have a wait, but the food was excellent. The Fajitas were excellent and my wife raved over the Cheese Quesadillas. It was a lot of food, so we just nibbled on the Nachos, even though they were spectacular: real melted cheese, steak, and the works. The only downside: the bill was over $50 and we didn't have any drinks! Yow!
