After a long week of working from home and going a little stir crazy, we decided to go out and try one of the restaurants on our list to check out. Paragon felt like we hit the lottery!! Wait wasn't bad! Got there at 6:30 on a Friday night and we were seated by 7:10. Amazing. Every dish! Such unique and innovative ideas that appear to rotate regularly with seasonality. Even the drinks were amazing. Had a hard time remembering to slow down and take pictures of the food cause I was so excited to get into it!! Quit second guessing yourself and go check this place this spot out now! We were so impressed and delighted with Paragon! We can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

I'm so happy Paragon was featured on the yelpWashington IG page, it's like discovering a yet another gem in Seattle!!! The service, atmosphere, menu selections, most importantly the quality and taste of the food was absolutely PERFECT. Frankie our server yielded excellent service, and really understood the menu. Every item we ordered was prepared with visibly quality ingredients, and tasted fantastic! Paragon has gone over beyond ensuring guest dine safely by yielding covered outdoor seating, hand sanitizer per table, and limiting capacity. The establishment does not accept reservations I recommend arriving early if you don't want a wait time. Definitely add Paragon Seattle to your list you won't regret it; I highly recommend!!!
