The whiskey selection is incredible and only outpaced by the excellent food options and the flavor! Strongly recommend especially when they have live music, the ambiance is wonderful.

Chicken and waffle sliders, lemon buddino, and smokeshow cocktail were absolutely divine, and my server Mariam was friendly and knowledgeable, especially about the cocktails. Prices were fair for the atmosphere and incredible quality of food and drink. I will absolutely be coming back!

Looking for a cozy spot with good food, even better wine, and great service? Well look no more! Parallel Wine & Whiskey bar is an underrated yet phenomenal offering in the greater Loudon area. What I Liked: Duck Fat Fries (5/5) - Simply amazing, they're everything duck fat fries should be-- fatty, greasy, and addicting. They're topped with herbs and cheese and served with a side of ranch. Angry Bird Flatbread (3.5/5) - A heavy flatbread topped with blackened chicken, mozzarella, diced tomatoes and onions, and a wonderful chipotle parmesan ranch. The flatbread tastes great though it fails to exemplify the taste of blackened chicken and chipotle. The bread itself was a bit on the soft/moist side for a flatbread, lacking the thinness and crunch that I expected. Still, a great sharing plate that I'd order agai...
