Patrick did an amazing job catering two large high school graduation parties for Harrison High School graduates. The first party at 1pm had about 150 guests and the food was the highlight of the party. Literally all of it was eaten. Patrick's team did a great job keeping the warming dishes full and the food was amazing. From the taste, to the level of professionalism I give PC's a 5 star rating. The jambalaya and turkey sliders has always been a fave of mine! You need to book them for your next event for sure!
