Went to purchase some cupcakes, but apparently you can't even go in to look around. They're letting one person in at a time to order from a piece of paper. We left immediately... we like to look before we purchase. Other businesses are fully open now Pearls, I suggest you do the same.

The quality and freshness of Pearls cupcakes has decreased so significantly in the past year that I can barely give this 3 rating. It really should be lower. What started out as a boutique speciality cake shoppe with wonderful flavors & fresh cupcakes with delicately balanced icing has become a run of mill production cupcake factory. Success has taken its toll. When I hear of anyone ordering wedding cupcakes from here I feel disappointed for the guests! Sorry Pearls - your halo is not shining so brightly anymore!!

I had a custom cake made from Pearl's Cupcake Shoppe. Michele helped me brainstorm a really fun, cute beach-themed birthday cake for both my brother and mom over the phone and via email. It's such an amazing feeling to imagine something in your head, tell someone your idea and they create it perfectly in real life. It was such a great gift to give them and they loved it.
