We come from Carlsbad to eat here. The food is great! This particular time service was great too. If I knew the waitress name, I would definitely give it to you. She was very attentive! The only problem was I couldn't order a separate piece of salmon to go with my cod plate. I didn't want 2 entire dinners, just extra fish. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars! My grandson said his steak and shrimp was good also! There has been previous trips the service sucked though.

I love catfish ergo I love Pecos Diamond Steakhouse. Crispy, delicious catfish with nicely seasoned hush puppies. The salad bar is always fresh. The wait staff, friendly and quick. We drive over 2 hours to get there, nuff said :D
