Customer service is very lacking took 30 minutes to get an 8” sub by far the slowest penn station in Knoxville should’ve went to firehouse in stead or wich witch

Poor service. It was REALLY slow for a order that should have already been ready and there were on 2 people in the store. Also the person I delt with middle age short hair guy was beyond rude. Really shotty customer service.

Penn Station East Coast Subs is located in the Commons Shopping Center at the corner of Kingston Pk and N Peters Rd around the corner from Dick's Sporting Goods. After a trip to Philadelphia's south-side the owner/operator of "Jeffery's Delicatessen" decided to add the "City of Brotherly Love's" signature sandwich to his menu. In 1985 the first Penn Station opened its doors in Cincinnati OH. The menu was simple and the concept unique. The sandwiches would be made with the freshest ingredients possible and the they would be made to-order in front of the customer. The original menu consisted of four sandwiches, hand-cut fries and freshly squeezed lemonade. In 1988 the cheese-steak pedaling restaurant began franchising and is now in 15 states with approximately 290 locations. I sashayed into the "Cedar Bluff" location on a bright Saturday afternoon for lunch. From the moment I reached for the door handle I could smell the grilled strip lion steak and the hint of onions/peppers. I was intoxicated by the aroma and was instantly whisked away to the ridged North East. A faint memory from my childhood swept over me. The historic presence of the city of Philadelphia and the salty juices and creamy cheese of its iconic sandwich kick started my salivary glands. I order the Philadelphia Cheesesteak (100% USDA choice steak, provolone cheese and your choice of sauteed onions, fresh mushrooms, banana peppers, spicy brown mustard, mayo or pizza sauce) and a medium sized order of hand-cut fries.
