Where to begin so I called to order for pickup and after being on the phone for 10 minutes with the person they said that since I had a mailer I had to be transferred to the store when they transferred me to the store it rang forever. The person answered and put me on hold for another 5 minutes. So for a total effort of a little over 20 minutes, I finally got my order done. When I arrived.. They didn't bother to tell me on the phone that their credit card machine was not working and that they could only take cash and they didn't know anything about the mailer coupon that I had or how to process it. So then I stood around and waited for them to make my salad and to talk to the manager about how to do the order. Once I got home I realized that my order was incorrect. This is one of my first experiences with pepperonis and I think it might be my last.
