First time ordering takeout from here and although the food was very good, I found this piece of plastic in my wrap. No idea how that would even get near food prep! As someone who works as a waitress and has worked in food prep several years- this was very disappointing and surprising. At first I thought it was lettuce but then for sure realized it was crumbled up plastic, like a plastic bag. Also asked for crispy chicken and got grilled instead. Just super unsatisfied for $16.

This place makes me wanna move back to Africa where I was an orphan. First of all the salt shaker doesn't work my wings were cold and so were my friends chicken my fries burnt. I have never written a review in my life but this place deserves to be on Hell's Kitchen

This place has really gone down hill. The last two times I have gone with the family the service was terrible. The other night the server forgot to bring the salad my meal came with and after I started eating my main dish offered to give me my salad as a to go option. She never offered to refill my water once. She never checked on out table and we never onve saw anyone who looked or acted like a manager. Honestly if Peppinos cares about their image I would recommend they pull this locations franchise rights. The downtown GR location is awesome, there Allendale one gives them a bad name.
