Food is cold service is ok they need to provide fresher vegs

Just sat in the drive thru for half an hour in a snowstorm. No one would take my order. Sat at the speaker for 25 minutes. Every car in front of me got their food and left. Tried to flag someone down at the window but they avoided eye contact. Finally gave up and left. My car is soaked. I'm soaked and freezing. Still an improvement over last time when a psychotic teenager screamed at me for ordering at the window instead of at the speaker (please see above: you don't take orders there either). And THAT was an improvement over the time before THAT when I received a taco with at least 3 DIFFERENT TYPES OF HAIR in it which screams WE DROPPED THIS ON THE FLOOR. At this point it's my fault for continuing to give you chances you clearly have not earned and do not deserve. Please leave the neighborhood and give another restaurant a chance.
