Our second trip to Perini Ranch Steakhouse on a trip to Big Bend. The food was wonderful. A pleasant evening to sit on the patio. Steak and prime rib were cooked perfectly and flavorful. The Zucchini Perini was delicious, as was the Green Chili Hominy. Loved the Bread Pudding, nice sauce, not too sweet. The Strawberry shortcake biscuit was good also.
