I visited the Peter Piper Pizza (location 3471 E. Sam Houston Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77505) on 12.05.2021. I arrived to attend a party. During the party, a man approached the Prize Booth with a large number of tickets, one little girl in his arms, and two little girls following him. I overheard the man ask the employee how he can redeem the tickets. The employee told the man that the tickets needed to be inserted into a machine in order to receive a Total Count Receipt. The man asked the employee if he would help him because he was there alone and had his hands full with three little girls. The employee tells the man, "If you pay me yourself, I can help you insert the tickets." At this point, I offered to help insert the tickets into the ticket taker. The reason why I am writing is because the employee could have had a little more compassion. The man was not asking the employee to babysit. He was simply asking for help. If the employee could not help, the employee could have called on someone who could. That man chose to take his three little girls to this establishment when he could have taken them anywhere else. It is not that difficult to be kind to another person. We never know someone's situation. A simple act, like helping to put tickets into a machine, could have changed that man's view, and mine, on how your establishment operates. Train your employees to be kind to one another. Maybe then, the reviews and reputation of establishments like this will improve.
