Not your normal Chinese food restaurant! I am a huge fan of cheap, hole-in-the-wall type Chinese places, but since most of them aren't open right now, we decided to get takeout from P.F. Chang's. As I imagined, they aren't anything like the Chinese places we are used to eating at. Even their fried rice is.... WEIRD! But honestly, it was freakin amazing! It's definitely my new favorite. They are certainly the gourmet of Chinese food. So, lots of flavors that we had never had before. I do recommend it though, if you are interested in being adventurous! (There were some dishes that I didn't like, but not their fault, just not flavors that I like. And I'm a wimp when it comes to spicy food.) AND they have a pretty extensive gluten-free menu. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be going back!
