Great food, terrible service. Our waitress had a terrible attitude the moment we stepped in, very disturbing tone and confrontational. I cannot remember her name but she's the only Asian with blonde highlights. Make sure you don't sit in her section!

I usually love P.F. Chang's for their limited yet diverse menu. But this location didn't impress.It seemed like they're short staffed as they struggled to seat guests despite having several tables waiting to be cleaned and seated. We had to wait 20 minutes despite having a reservation and several tables vacant. When we were finally seated, table wasn't cleaned, plates were dirty(oily, used?), no silverware.Our waitress did her best to get everything we wanted despite being super busy. The one star is only for her service though we had to wait 15 minutes after requesting for a straw to enjoy our drink.The food was such a disappointment. Dynamite Shrimp which usually is my favorite and never a fail at any of the P.F.Changs before was dry and quantity almost half. Fried rice was too oily though it tasted decent. Kung Pao was decent too. But trust me I would've preferred Panda Express over this food, doesn't meet any standards.But given this is not a cheap restaurant, the experience at this location was not even close to good. Service can be better, Ambience is below average, food is an utter disappointment. I'd suggest trying other restaurants in this area or a different location(Fairfax,VA) if you want to try P.F.CHANGS specifically.
