This PF Chang's is going down hill. Initial person answering phone was rude and stated we must order online, which is not correct. Asked for another person, Lindsay, she took our order with no issue-- we always call due to a member of our team having an extreme food allergy and she will give details of her needs. Upon arriving for pickup, I waited at least 10 minutes for someone to approach the front and he only did so because the phone was ringing. I understand it's covid and shortages going on, but someone should acknowledge when folks walk in--at least to say "we will be right with you." At least two parties dipped out while I was standing there. Finally, I was directed to the bar where I had to wait another 10 mins before I was helped. Then the food comes out and although the ticket clearly stated no carrots--it was full of carrots. I was dealing with Lindsay at this point and she was very understanding. She had the dish remade correctly--unfortunately, that did not keep the other dishes warm. Would be one-star, but because Lindsay was empathetic to dietary needs and took the original order correctly--she redeemed it to two stars. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

P.F. Chang's is not what it was a year ago. They are always changing the way they present dishes and drinks. So inconsistent. Two stars because most of our food was decent, but the service was shockingly slow considering there were only three tables sat in the restaurant. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food when, again, there were only 3 tables!!! There were plenty of servers and empty tables and they started putting guests on a wait. Maybe the kitchen was short staffed, but seriously... oh and DO NOT waste your money on the short rib "special." It was a huge bone with little meat and lots of hard fat. Very disappointing.
