Our server was clueless. I never got the food I ordered. We finally told the manager and no one EVER mentioned it again. No reason why or an apology. The manager simply removed the item. The server never said anything else about it. We were going to order dessert but it took the server 20 min to return to our table. The manager was rude...

Unfortunately it looks like Covid has taken its toll on P.F. Chang's. The hostess was very unfriendly and rude, but the young lady who seated us was charming We ended up sitting for over 15 minutes until our waitressoffered to take our drink order. Service was terribly slow and the restaurant didn't look that busy. Our meal was delivered and it was tasty, but we never got the egg rolls we ordered. Our waitress then disappeared for a very long time and attempting to pay was another long wait. We have eaten here many times and all the good wait staff is no longerthere. Sad.
