We decided to do a date night while visiting Houston on last night which was a Monday. The live music was incredible. The food, drinks and desserts we ordered were excellent. Chole our server was amazing, we ordered everything she recommended from start to finish and we were not disappointed. We’ll definitely be back, love this place.

My previous experience at Phil & Derek's Restaurant & Jazz Lounge was honestly a good one. I love the food and the entire atmosphere of the restaurant. However, what I am currently dealing with now should really be brought to other people's attention. I called yesterday morning regarding making a reservation for the weekend. I was told that this was fine I just had to complete a reservation form because I had a large party basically confirming my spot. This form was sent to me via email. We hang up the phone and I continue going out about my day. I opened up the form later on that evening to complete and realize that they sent me someone's completed form! This woman's personal information was still on this form! I'm talking about email address, home address, card number, EVERYTHING. I am not a malicious person so I immediately call the restaurant letting them know the mistake and also trying to see if I could make my reservation just over phone since I am no longer comfortable with doing this via email.
