First time ordering here… Ordered two cheesesteaks to go, got home unwrapped them to see they didn’t have cheese on them….

My wife and I have come here several times now and we LOVE this place! The food is delicious!  It will probably take 10 or 12 minutes to get your order, but the food is fresh and the quality is amazing! There's not a lot of parking or seating, but this is more of a to-go place anyways!  It looks like from a lot of reviews on Yelp, that the delivery time is a long wait, but don't let those reviews bring you down, we haven't tried the delivery, we always come in to order and take our food home, the food here is absolutely amazing and is always hot when we get home!  The customer service here is great too! The food here is excellent!  They definitely have the best cheesesteak in the whole DMV area!  You can get the original cheesesteak, which is philly style, just mushrooms, onions and peppers!  The ultimate cheesesteak is for those that like the original cheesesteak, with lettuce & tomatoe as well.  What puts Philadelphia Cheesesteak Factory above and beyond is the quality of the the food, it's so delicious, and you can pick between american, provologne and cheese whiz, we definitely recommend the ultimate cheesesteak with cheese whiz!  You can also get chicken cheesesteaks and other styles of cheesesteaks! This place is more than just cheesesteaks though!  You can get pizza, which is really good, to me it's like beach pizza, it reminds me of the pizza we get when we go to Ocean City or Virginia Beach, which is always great!  They also have other subs, like the italian or tuna!  They have burgers, and we definitely recommend getting the chicken souvlaki, that is one of our favorites!
