If you don't know what to order, their specialties are listed on the big sign above the front counter. I would definitely recommend the Pho & Egg Rolls, but everything I've had here is good.

How about letting me digest my meal first before you start making demands upon time. Is that too much to ask? My question for you fine folks is this. Does anyone really give a shit what I think about the cheese wontons, steamed pork dumplings and rare beef pho? #1? Apparently Yelp thinks so but I'm not really in the mood for that right now. I'll get to it eventually if you are patient or stop reading right now. Either way, your decision.  I don't care one way or another. What's the deal with the numbers after a pho restaurant name? I wasn't the only one who has wondered this and brave yielded the answer. Or did it? Lots of Pho restaurants have the number 8 in the name, like this one, Pho 85. 8 is considered a lucky number in some cultures, signifying wealth or prosperity. But just because the restaurant has an 8 in its name doesn't mean that's what the owners are going for. It could also be just a number that signifies an important date, like my birthday. It is not a secret code designed by the Vietnames...
