the restaurant is very dirty, the toilet is very dirty, i told the waitress not to put cilantro in my pho bowl when i brought it out i saw a lot of cilantro in my pho bowl. I asked to change the bowl but they just took it out and didn't make a new one for me. I even heard a woman scold me for asking for a new bowl. I can listen to Vietnamese

the tables and chairs are very dirty, the dishes containing the sauce are still sticky with sauce I think they don't wash the dishes. the toilet is very dirty maybe they haven't cleaned it for 3 months, I ordered pho and grilled pork sandwich, the pho was too salty, the roast pork smelled spoiled maybe this is the last time I come here. I think the health department should come check and withdraw this restaurant's license, it's terrible

After many delicious, fresh meals at Pho 9, sorely disappointed in today's offering of bland shrimp spring rolls accompanied by peanuts swimming in soy sauce and sugar.
