This is a fairly new pho location in the Aspen Hill area. I'm not too sure what happened to the other pho place that was in the shopping center adjacent to this one (the one with the Giant and Chipotle), but it's now replaced by a Wingstop. He was too preoccupied sitting at a table on his laptop than dealing with his guests wanting to dine-in or pay for their meal. Sadly, although new, this place was very disappointing. I wouldn't mind driving the extra mile or so for a better pho experience. This pla...
