LA offers some of best Vietamese crusines outside of Ho Chi Min city... it is gonna be hard to top this benchmark. Yet, I have heard so many good things about Vietnamese foods in Seattle, I gotta try this! We decided to show up way early for breakfast to avoid the crowd, I remembered this place opened at 10am, we arrived at 930am, we were 2nd in line. Came in here December 28 for lunch and it was snowy. They were pretty busy. The sat us right away. Waited literally 20 minutes to get any sort of attention. The waitress was bussing like six tables before even take an order. We asked her if she could wait on us, and she did what a shitty attitude. The food took forever. They were out of a few items which we wanted to try, which is fine that's how it is in the restaurant business. Tried the chicken as an appetizer, pretty amazing I must say. Love all their soup dishes. I'll come back just have to prepared for the long ass wait.

Newly re-opened in 2020 under the Phở Bắc restaurant owner. The beef was cooked to perfect tender without sacrificing the taste. Definitely back for early breakfast if I am in the earea.
