The food is good. Portion is alright. But the payment system is so slow. Just picking up the food takes more than 5 mins.

One of the best pho in the Houston area, yes that’s a bold claim by a nobody on Google reviewReasons: the soup is very tasty and pretty clear, a sign of quality control. Second, they gave me so much quality meat even in a small bowl. Third, at $8.25 the small bowl is pretty large and one of the cheaper pho in the area. The folks working here are friendly, professional and super efficient, we got our bowls 5 minutes after ordering

This place is freaking delicious and extremely well priced. We absolutely love the Chicken Pho and Banh Mi, so much so that they've become our weekly "comfort food fix".I'm mildly ashamed to admit how much we eat here, but I ultimately love this place and I recommend it highly to all of my coworkers. If I could offer one critique to Pho Ben themselves, it would be to improve the to-go ordering service. Having a way to order online would be amazing! When I call in, it's about 50/50 for the person who picks up the phone to either not be able to hear me and/or understand me. Again, this isn't a big deal, just something that would make them pretty dang close to the "perfect restaurant".
