Ever since Pho Binh opened up in this neighborhood it has gradually (actually pretty quickly) turned from pretty damn decent pho to what pho is supposed to be in this neighborhood -- mercilessly terrible. The broth has gone from rich, aromatic, and flavorful, to a bland, greasy, cloudy mess. The meat has gone from fresh, tender, and what can only be described as bountiful, to tough, gamey, stale, and unworthy of the famous Pho Binh moniker. We are not taking in consideration apps, salads, or other dishes because frankly... if Pho Binh can't do pho right, nothing else matters too much.
