I ordered food Sunday night Dec 12 online at 7:30 (it says they are open till 9) I had someone call me from the restaurant and say they were closed and they didn't know how to turn off direct ordering on Google. They assured me I would get refunded. I waited a few days and contacted them Wed. Someone said they would give all my information to the manager. I Facebook messaged twice trying to find out the status, no response. I called twice and got voicemail but can't leave a message because voicemail is full. I will now have to go into the restaurant tomorrow and try to speak with management to see if I can get my refund of almost $50!

We visited Pho Bowl as a backup as the restaurant we wanted to visit had a long line. I ordered the curry bowl and it was awesome. They provide the spicy sauce and it comes flavorful with no spice so u can add the add to make it as spicy. I thought it came with sufficient means but my husband disagrees and he most definitely has had a larger share of Pho experiences. In the DFW area, I thought it was the best. Place was clean, service was okay and plenty of parking upfront. We ordered the Curry bowl and spring rolls and both were good. I'd give a 4/5 just because there is scope for improvements.
