Do one thing and do it well. One of the best pho places in town. Super busy on the weekend, so go early if you don't want to wait.

It's hard to find amazing pho and I come from NY and it's hard to find good pho there. Even Cali I feel mixed about their pho. I think the best I've tried was in Chicago - small mom pop shop, authentic but what I love about Pho Dien is it's so rich but the meat doesn't make it so oily. It's between oily and clean broth which is amazing. The portions are fulfilling. And they have sizes from baby to super size. Their Vietnamese coffee was refreshing. They don't have anything else on the menu but pho and drinks which is really cool! So this isn't the spot to go if you want side dishes or rice dishes.
