The only reason for any star at all is the kind wait staff. As for the food don't come here if you're looking for good quality food. If you looking for a decent spring roll I hope you like only half a shrimp because they cut it in half long way to appear as if you got a whole one so think again. Next the grilled chicken was so dry and leather-like and even after notifying the nice waiter, the kitchen/ manager refused to replace my meal with something else or remove my meal from my ticket because I had taken 4 bites out of it. Definitely won't be going back here anymore. Plenty of other places Vietnamese places nearby I'd much rather go to.

Customer service good but the food are too little and not good but the price are way too over, no good not to go there or take out. Thank you.

Pho I-10 is pretty good to satisfy your craving for viết, but the vietnamese restaurant inside 99 Ranch is a little better and I believe has been there longer. (Please correct me if I'm wrong). Service is still great at Pho I-10 and everyone is very sweet.
