In Houston we are spoiled. We have the best Vietnamese restaurants in almost every part of town. Out of all them Pho Kim Kim is my absolute favorite. I love their Pho. But my favorite dish is the Chargrilled Pork Vermicelli bowl. I love to pair it with their excellent egg rolls. Plus the owner is so kind to indulge me with sliced carrots every time I order a Vermicelli bowl.
