What happened? I used to LOVE this place, it was my go to every time I wanted pho. After the first couple times, I went about 3 more times on separate occasions and each time it just got worse. The broth was not near what it used to be, very watery and not much flavor. The service is OK, but man it's not the place I remember. The banh mi is still pretty consistent though

Tasty and just what I needed! I bought the combination banh mi and lemonade. Bottom line: delicious. I've tried sandwiches from other establishments in the immediate vicinity and I'm a fan of Pho Le's; maybe because it's been a while since I've had the others. The banh mi was fresh - from the bread to the cilantro. As for my beverage, the lemonade was (ahhh) refreshing. Fresh lemons were used and NOT the stuff comes from the bottles. There's a popular pho joint in the area that, I strongly believe, uses a 'RealLemon'-like liquid versus the real stuff and worthy of dumping on the first sip. Pho Le's lemonade had the right amount of sweetness to it and paired nicely with my sandwich. Alas, customer service...no complaints here - it was great.
