So happy to see the success of this family. I remember back around 2010 when they took over the old Chinese Kitchen location, looked sketchy at first but we tried them out and they were amazing.Came with a friend one night and my card was declined when we went to pay, had no other payment method. Felt terrible, promised to come back with cash, the lady who owned it was so sweet. Told us that she understood, times were hard, we were young boys, she understands. Not only was sweet but sent us out the door with more food to go that we hadn't ordered. Obviously came back and settled ASAP.Now they have multiple locations in Ancho...

I want to start out by saying I love pho Lena. This review is primarily about the wait times. My orders been wrong three times, and I've waited almost two hours for food. I did pick up today and I waited almost an hour in person after waiting almost 20 before I drove there. Hoping things get better soon cause this is very unlike pho Lena.
